Fall Is Here!
The beginning of Fall reminds me of getting ready for school. I always feel that when the kids go back to school it’s a new start for me. I feel encouraged to make things better for myself and even set a few goals and dreams.
New Year’s Day is fine for exercise goals, healthy eating or other resolutions that sometimes don’t make it through to February. But, Fall is the time that I can be a little lighter on myself to dream again and even set big goals without feeling bad that I didn’t accomplish them by November. Let’s all dream again and, you never know, this could be the start of something big! – Heather
