Hey Awesome ones, I want everyone to be healthy and this green smoothie that actually tastes good and is super easy & quick to make can help. If you have the right tools it makes the job easier and I’ve found that with my Vitamix blender I can do just that. In this video I show you how you can use frozen foods (vegetables and fruit) with this blender and still get your vitamins, nutrition and anti-oxidants. I’m using frozen Kale but you can use spinach or other green leafy vegetables plus a secret ingredient that makes it taste sweet. I also show a strawberry, banana and orange smoothy that is simply delicious. I usually have my smoothies for lunch but they can be great for breakfast too. I make them the night before and just keep them in the fridge and just give them a stir the next day.
