Hey Awesome ones, today I want to talk to you about taking care of yourself and adding a little more self care into your life. As women, many of us become nurturers and leave very little time to pamper ourselves or find things to give us a little TLC. In this video vlog I want to share how I got myself from being a stressed out, migraine prone, unhealthy Mom to a woman who takes care of herself so she can be healthier and more energetic. Although my Youtube videos appeal to women over 50 & 60, this video vlog could be a great how to video for women in their thirties or forties too. Enjoy!
