Hi Awesome ones, a while ago I asked you to send me ideas of what you would like to see in my videos. Many of you asked me to do a video on “What I Eat”. Although I wasn’t expecting that, I decided to do the video you requested and here it is! Even though I’m not a health nut or Doctor, I have had to eat healthier these days and still have some fast, easy to prepare meals at-the-ready.
