Hey awesome ones, studies show that a a woman’s confidence plummets after the age of 50. I know because I felt the same way several years ago. As a former 80’s model I got myself out of the aging rut & Got My Groove Back! I decided to study makeup again with makeup artists, got back into fashion, created an easy exercise program, changed my food intake & did a lot of self care.
