Hey awesome ones….When they say that laughter is the best medicine it’s actually based on some scientific facts. Laughter is proven to lower blood pressure, reduce stress hormone levels, triggers the release of edorphins and also works those abs LOL. That’s why Bill and I wanted to do this video to help men and women put a little more laughs in their lives. Although our video vlogs are mainly viewed by people over 50, this Youtube video could be of interest to a man or woman in their thirties or forties too. We also go and see a famous stand up comedian, the incredibly funny Jay Leno! Although we weren’t allowed to film any of the performance, we did film the venue and dining before the comedy concert. So the next time you’re planning your day, don’t forget to add a little laughter and fun. It’s the happy way to stay healthy!
