L’Oreal Makeup Review | Loving Our Age

Hey Awesome Ones,
So today I thought I’d do a L’Oreal Makeup Review. It will be a true review of what I think of the products I bought with my own money and this is an unbiased, unsponsored beauty how-to video. I’ll be trying out the primer, powder foundation, concealer, blush, contour, highlighter, mascara, eye brow make-up, eye shadow palette, lip liner and lipstick in this full face makeup tutorial and application. I just turned 60, and your information has really helped me. Also, just wanted to say I really liked the darker eyebrow color on you. Thanks again. You’re an amazing, and talented person.

Thanks Carol! I must say that I am wearing and really do like the darker brow! I wore the L’Oreal makeup the other day and everything held up nicely except the eyeliner was a bit smudgy by the end of the night. Thanks again for your wonderful comment!

I would love to see if the Juno Sponge that so many people are raving about would work for the dark and baggy under eyes I have as an Over 50. Please consider doing this for your many fans! Thanks!

Hi Heather Thank you, thank you, thank you! You have revamped me at age 66! Always used and loved makeup, but lost confidence in my application when I hit 60! Since discovering you again (and I remember you on the magazine cover) I have used your recommendations: moisturizer, makeup, brushes etc. and feel like I am 50 again!

I do have a question..what do you recommend for an eye cream…I have droopy eyelids and wear glasses?

Hi Anne, I’m so glad I can help you with confidence. That type of comment just makes my day! I assume you’re talking about a day or night cream. I’ve used L’oreal Collagen Moisture Filler Day/Night cream around my eyes (and face)for some time now and love it! I did a video on it on YouTube for my nightime routine (there’s also a link on this site, it wasn’t done too long ago so just scroll down on the homepage) Thanks so much for watching and enjoying my videos and letting me know. My absolute favorite would be Diorshow by Dior Barbara. I started using it when I was younger and it stays on, isn’t clumpy and comes off easily. I also don’t get raccoon eyes with transferring with it. Hope this helps and WELCOME to my blog!
