Hey Awesome ones,
OK, let’s face it, many of us over 50s don’t have the tiny waistlines we used to have in our 20s.
Although I think that having a healthy body weight is important I don’t think that working out at a gym everyday to get ripples and just eating carrots is the way to be now…or ever for that matter. What’s important is to know that sometimes we have some bloating or sometimes (or most of the time) we have those folds that we want to hide. So I’ve come up with 10 tips to help hide your tummy with clothing. They’ve been carefully thought out and I use these tips for myself regularly as I certainly don’t have the body at 62 that I did when I was modelling in the 1980s. I have provided links here to similar items to those in the video but in some cases not an exact match. (Scroll down on this page to find them) We have below some links if you would like to browse and perhaps purchase some of them. If you do order online make sure you know any delivery costs for your country including any applicable duty. Look also at the upper right hand corner of the website and they may have an area to pick your country. A big “Thank You” if you do since we make a little commission on a sale and really appreciate that!! Heather

Hey am from India and am plus size
I was not confident to wear jeans, tops etc…but your video has helped me boost my confidence and thank you so much…
I am so glad that the videos are helping you. Thanks so much for letting me know!
Dear Heather, I am new to your you tube “shows” and love them. I turned 67 recently and love your spirit and style. Can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me where you found the fringe jacket?! I absolutely love it! I’ve told all my girlfriends about your videos too! Thanks!
Thanks so much, your comment means a lot, especially sharing with your girlfriends! I did buy the fringe jacket awhile ago but the label says Sans Scuci. Hope that helps. Heather
Heather, loved your video you had great tips but for me it has been difficult to find the right clothes. I am a women size 1x-2x petite /20wp -22wp & wide hips -everything makes me look short & fatter. I have a hard time with the pants either too long or too tight in waist or both. I looked at your Amazon clothing but had time finding my size. Do you wear a bra then a camisole & then a sweater/ jacket over it- i am not sure. Thanks for the positive words.
I do wear a bra and then a camisole if the clothing is see-thru or I want to tuck in my tummy a bit. I’m sure you’ve tried higher heels to bring up your height. Long necklaces also give the illusion of height. If you have a nearby mall it might be better to buy and try on at the stores rather than online. Although you don’t want to wear dark colors all the time having dark pants or skirts with matching tops will make you look leaner. I hope this helps and thanks for watching my videos!
Hi Heather! Loved your video! I’m disabled (no muscles so I don’t have a butt, but DO have a tummy!) and wondered if you could help me pick a size for the shapewear you have listed above. According to the size chart on Amazon, I’d need a 2X as my hips (tummy) is 44 inches. Does that sound right to you? I weigh 135 and am 5’3 (or so). OH! I also have a Yorkie, a “Parti” version, whose name is Bunny.
Awww, my Mom’s nickname was Bunny. I just love Yorkies! Make sure you check the size chart for the actual item you are choosing and it should fit. If you need more clarification on your size go to the manufacturers actual website and call their 1 800# or email them before buying. I hope this helps, take care and thanks so much for your kind words!
