Hey Awesome Ones…I just want to say that, I’m OK with getting older but I want to keep a youthful outlook and not feel that life has passed me by. In this video I share 7 tips that I find have helped me to create a younger mind-set and allowed me embrace this chapter of my life. If you think about it, you may have 40 years left and with all that time why not feel more rejuvenated and get out of a “getting older” slump?
